Prototyping
From idea to approved sample.
A four-stage process, clear from the start. You always know where we are and what is needed to move forward.
The method
Four stages, no surprises.
Brief
We start from your reference: a drawing, a sample, a photo or an idea. Together we define measurements, use, price range and timing.
Materials
We select leathers, linings, threads and hardware from the tanneries and suppliers of the district. You receive colour charts and finishing options.
Sample
We develop the pattern and make the first prototype in our workshop. Every detail — edge, trim, stitching — is documented.
Approval
We review the sample with you, make corrections and approve the final version, with a technical sheet ready for production.

The workshop
The prototype is born where production will be.
Same hands, same machines, same standards. So the approved sample is already the product you will receive in series — with no surprises.
Materials
Leathers and hardware, chosen with you.
Direct access to the tanneries and suppliers of the Tuscan district: we select with you the right materials and finishes for your product.
Leathers
From the tanneries of the Tuscan district, with colour charts and finishing options. Our production is almost entirely in vegetable-tanned leather.
Hardware
Buckles, keepers and findings from the district's hardware suppliers, chosen together with you according to the model.
Linings and threads
Linings, threads and trims matched to the leather, for a product that is consistent in every detail.

Let's talk about your project.
Tell us about the product, volumes and timing. We reply the same day, with no obligation.
